The Innersection Traction Pad is rider designed, tested and approved with a thinner, lighter, grippier EVA. On a Mission's diamond grid pattern consists of tiny 1/8" thick squares which rest on top of diamond shaped foundations. The arch bar acts as a support mechanism for your back foot. Due to the rolled tail kick slanted at a 115 degree angle it provides optimum resistance for back foot pressure. OAM is the originator of rolling grid surface over the kick, leaving a clean, finished look.
