Our Warranty is a 90 Day Warranty from the date of purchase, when a claim is filed we need proof of purchase (receipt). Everything is under warranty, as long as it's a manufacturing defect. If something is defective the 1st use will show it, in the surfer's case > the customer needs to max sure to tighten the top deck screws in an X pattern so it's evenly closed.
